TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Reservation.

You have to make a deposit of 500 argentinean pesos. If you are overseas, the way of payment is through western union, if you are in a province of argentina through a bank deposit and if you are at Buenos Aires you can pay personally.

The minimum stay is two months, in case that the first month payment is not done the deposit will be kept and in case that the payment of the second month is not done the 50%.


Check in.

At the moment of your arrival we give you the keys and we receive the rent of the month. The next payments are monthly from the day of your arrival until the same day of the follow month.


Check out.

It is necessary that you let us know the day of your check out with al least 20 days in advance. The check is completed with the refund of the deposit in Argentinean pesos. In case of any of the follow situation we will deduct money from the deposit.

• Missing stuffs or damages.

• Lost of keys.

• Leave with a notice of less than 20 days.

Under no circumstance we will make a discount in the rent for problems in the services given by companies (electricity, internet, cable, etc).
